The new millennium was a big occasion around the world. While some were worried the world's computers would revert back to 1900 once Y2K struck, in the moto world, there was much buzz in the world of racing. Ducati were owning World Superbike with the 996, and Honda wanted a piece of the pie.... 

Sheesh, two motorcycle manufacturers shutting their doors in less than a month. First it was Victory, and now it's Buel... errr, EBR. Coincidentally, Buell got his time in the spotlight in last week's Church feature, and while we don't normally post consecutive Church features from the same... 

Victory's quest to carve a niche in the highly competitive cruiser market is well documented since the brand launched as a division of Polaris in 1998. After a few years of sputtering and a less-than-aggressive design and development approach, the division revamped and rededicated resources.... 

With the unfortunate news of Polaris shutting down Victory Motorcycles, it only seemed right for this week's Church feature to be about Victory. Oddly, despite Victory's beginnings in 1997, it took a few years – and a new millennia – for MO to get its hands on one. We've featured some of those...
